Baloka ships to virtually any address in the USA via USPS or UPS. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

All USA orders ship FREE, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Our Policy

Most Baloka products are built to order. As such, for most products the delivery will take between 2 to 4 weeks, as stated in the product description page on the site. If you need to expedite a product that needs to be made to order, please call us at 1-617-795-0071 or e-mail us at customerservice@baloka.com and we will try to accommodate to your needs.

Popular items that are in stock will be indicated on the product page as “availability: in stock”, and we will ship them usually within one business day and you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

FREE Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund or store credit. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just:

• Use the return form below and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Return shipping is free!
• Once you receive the label, simply re-pack the item, affix the pre-paid label and drop it at any UPS collection site.

With Baloka.com’s 90 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

• You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
• You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
• Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 4-5 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. You may opt- to apply the credit to store credit for future purchases.

*Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
